Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

Volunteer Judges will be required. Each judge must drive around the neighborhood on the night of Sunday, December 22nd and provide their Top 3 list of homes (addresses included) to the Social Chair. Any ties will be made but the Social Chair.
